Not impressed. I needed tires and they only had 2. I had to go to the store to order the other 2. They did not do that correctly so they didn’t have 4 tires when it came time for my appointment nor could they tell me when they would be able to get new ones and get them on my car. Do not recommend. They seem at least slightly incompetent.

Don’t let these people anywhere near a car. Also trash service trash people. FYI I returned that battery in Boone with no issues no questions asked but your auto tech manager had to cause a scene and walk me through Walmart to customer service because I hurt his feelings? Comical. Then tries to act like he has some kind of authority? Comical. I’ll be back in today for coolant and oil. Up yours buddy.

Bought 4 new goodyears reliant tires on cyber Monday great price on them +install. I showed up 20 mins before my appointment they got me in on time did the tire change, installed new tmps services pack ,balance tires and relearn the sensors and set tire to recommended psi in the 1 hour time slot. They were steady busy. I was so worried about have them install tires on a 2024 rav 4 awd with all the low reviews, but they did a great job. Thanks Eva and John tire tech for a great job yesterday. Will diffently be looking at tires here again in the future.

Twice now I’ve gone for oil changes, and their system caused a lot of issues. Great team and friendly staff, but if you can’t pay they can’t work and it seems to be a frequent issue. I also used the road hazard assistance and got my tire repaired only to have it go flat on the drive home. Apparently they don’t think the work they completed that day had anything to do with it. Would not recommend

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased tires from Walmart and few months ago and got warranty on them just incase something happened it would be fixed/replaced for free. On my way to Ames I caught something in my tire and it needed fixed. Took it to Walmart auto center with my receipt and told them i needed a tire replacement due to where the metal chunk was stuck in my tire. The lady at the counter first told me it wasn't covered I needed to purchase a new tire due to not buying warranty, after I pointed out that in fact I did purchase it on the receipt she stated oh I guess you do have warranty I never check up there because usually nobody purchases it. Why would you tell me I don't have it if you never even checked is beyond me. She then tells me it would only be covered if I still had a certain percent of tred on the tire left. I told her its a 60k mile tire that have less then 7k miles on them it better be covered or why purchase warranty in the first place! They take my truck keys and tell me it would be a minute before they could work on it so they would text me when finished. I looked in the car bays and there are no cars in there and 3 techs just standing around. Didn't thin
